Changelog: Quick Update
Project Lonestar » Devlog
Pushing a quick new version today. Scanner/Indicators disabled for the time being but switching from debug scene to main menu works again as well as the 'restart' command that restarts the current scene.
console
- map command
- can now use either scene name or nicknames
- main -> scn_mainmenu
- test -> scn_debug
- no argument returns the current scene's name
ships
- ships now roll slightly while turning
- full cruise effect bigger and brighter
- engine effects scale based on engine's throttle
- double tapping strafe keys allows for small impulse boost
- this is an experiment for better movement in the future
bug fixes
- moving from main menu to active scenes and back does not error
- this was because controllers/managers were only doing certain things on scene load
known issues
- Nebula scene breaks upon going back to main menu
