SSD: Pawns and Controllers
Something I like about the way Unreal is set up by default are the game-centric classes that they kind of force on you.
Two major ones are pawns and controllers. I've kind of implemented a hackish way of replicating that and its been in the game for a while but I just recently refined it slightly, so you'll be able to (mostly for debugging) take over other kind of pawns like stations and other stuff. Today I implemented "last" or repossess() which repossesses the last ship, useful for getting back in a ship when not playing in the editor. You can also see some test props in the background... Trade lanes.
Also, I'm most likely going to start just uploading any mp4's straight to YouTube instead of Giphy. YouTube ends up in higher quality and is just as easy to embed in the post.
... Ignore the wind chimes.
